Hey, I'm Steven. Welcome to my little corner of the internet.

I've always been drawn to technology. From tinkering with the family stereo to exploring the computers at my dad's office, I realized early on that technology could do more than just work for me; it could make life better for others. That curiosity led me to dive into programming with BASIC and explore early web development, sparking a lifelong passion.

Throughout my career, I've worn a lot of hats: developer, project manager, team lead, and eventually SVP of Technology. I started out building eLearning content, fell in love with the craft of software, and found my way into platform development. Today, I lead a software development team building the future of online training for millions of learners.

There's a decent chance I'm tinkering with my homelab in the evenings. I have a setup that would make most IT departments jealous. When I'm not at a keyboard, you'll find me on the golf course—my true zen place, where the stress and noise of life fades away. And when I can step away from it all, you'll find me traveling with my wife, exploring new places and soaking in experiences.

I love technology and honestly can't see myself doing anything else.
